Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exclusions: Since we only sell collectible toys, resin figures, DIY ornaments, and decorations, we do not handle returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If you need a refund after receiving the product, please contact us. We’ll verify the return and inform you of approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued within 3 business days to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
